The CITB values the opportunities that e-health can offer in specialist mental health care.
We offer

– various e-health options within treatments.
In fact, e-health can be a great addition to the treatment plan. Together with our patients, we look at when our e-health options can add value to recovery.
There are various options in e-health support. These include a tailored welcome programme, pscyo education, videos, lifestyle programmes and other applications.
Within the treatment, the practitioner will ask about what might be useful and you can of course indicate ideas yourself.
The e-health support is tailor-made. Through tests, education, diaries, exercises and modules, you can work digitally at home. These information/exercises come from our CITB experience in combination with various models such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), psychoeducation, schema therapy, psychotherapy and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy).
The E-health service is offered to you by the CITB in combination with Embloom.
Accessibility
The CITB is an outpatient facility; you can visit us by appointment. We are available during office hours.
For acute, emergency care outside office hours, you can always go to the GP out-of-hours post in your area. They can assess whether you need to be referred to the 24-hour mental health crisis service.
Waiting time
We aim to screen an application within 1 working week. Based on this screening, we determine whether you can be placed on our waiting list.
Currently, we have a waiting time of 2 to 4 weeks for the intake. This depends on the care needs, the intensity of care, and the availability of our therapists. The intake procedure consists of 2-4 sessions.
There is no distinction between the waiting time for registration and CITB treatment, as treatment starts after the intake procedure.
